Shipping Options and Timeframes
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are as follows:

Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days within Australia

International Shipping: 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination
Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather events or postal delays.
Shipping Protection
To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout. If you purchase shipping protection and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will assist you with a replacement. Proof of damage or non-delivery may be required to process your claim.
If shipping protection is not purchased, we are unable to accept responsibility for orders lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our premises.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an address correction is required after the order has been dispatched, additional charges may apply.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delays and Liability
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend selecting express shipping for time-sensitive orders to minimize potential delays.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, refusal, unpaid customs duties, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund.
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and extended transit times, returned items cannot be resold. Re-shipping may be available at the customer's expense, subject to product condition and shelf life — please contact us within 14 days of the parcel being returned to discuss options.
International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import regulations, including any applicable duties or taxes. Orders refused or abandoned at customs are non-refundable.
